Overview
"We built this company on trust. Your data, your manuscript, your story — all of it belongs to you and only you. This policy tells you exactly how we treat it."
Authors Publishing Hub ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of every author who contacts us, uses our services, or visits our website at authorspublishinghub.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and what rights you have.
By using our Site or services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you have questions, please reach out — we answer them plainly and promptly.
The short version: We collect only what we need to provide our services. We never sell your data. Your manuscript is private. You can request deletion of your information at any time.
02

03
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect solely to deliver, improve, and communicate about our services. We do not use your data for any purpose unrelated to your publishing journey with us.
- To respond to your enquiries and provide the services you have requested
- To assign the right consultant, editor, designer, or ghostwriter to your project
- To communicate progress updates, revisions, and approvals throughout your project

- To send marketing communications, if and only if you have explicitly opted in
- To improve our website and services based on aggregate, anonymised usage data
- To meet our legal and contractual obligations
We will never use your manuscript content for any purpose other than the service you engaged us for. We will never use your personal information to train AI models, sell to advertisers, or use for any commercial purpose beyond your project.
04
Manuscript Confidentiality
"Your manuscript is the most personal thing you can share with us. We treat it with the highest level of care and discretion — without exception."
Any manuscript, outline, synopsis, chapter, or written material you share with us is treated as strictly confidential intellectual property. Access is limited only to team members directly working on your project.
- Manuscripts are stored on encrypted servers accessible only to authorised personnel
- No manuscript content is shared with any third party without your explicit written consent
- Manuscript content is never used for promotional, editorial, or AI training purposes without your permission
- Upon project completion or upon written request, manuscripts can be deleted from our systems
- A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is available on request before any material is submitted
05
Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only in the following limited circumstances, and only to the minimum extent necessary:
Service Providers
Trusted third-party services (e.g. email platforms, secure cloud storage) who process data on our behalf under strict data processing agreements.
Distribution Partners
Only the book metadata required to list your title (author name, genre, ISBN) — never personal contact information or manuscript content.
Legal Requirements
If required by law, court order, or government authority — we will notify you if we are permitted to do so.
Business Transfer
In the event of a merger or acquisition, your data would transfer to the successor entity, who would be bound by this policy.
06
